Strengths Profile aims to meet the requirements of the WCAG 2.1, Level AA and in some areas strive for Level AAA. These guidelines provide recommendations and standards for making web content more accessible for people with unique abilities or limitations. We regularly review and assess our website to ensure compliance with these guidelines. At present Strengths Profile is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The areas we are working on are set out below and do not impact the assessment or Profiles. From start to finish taking the assessment and viewing your results are fully accessible and conforms to the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

- PDF Assessments: We ensure that all of our PDF assessments can be used by all, we achieve this by regularly running accessibility testing software on them.
Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
At Strengths Profile we strive to ensure that the platform is accessible to all in all different forms of technology. We do however recommend that you utilise the latest browser along with a desktop platform to use Strengths Profile.
At Strengths Profile we aim to ensure that all content is accessible to users, however there are some areas that are not updated to current standards as of yet, these are outlined below:
- Images: Some images do not have a text alternative.
- Navigation: With our current navigation there is no way to skip the repeated content in the page header when tabbing as a "Skip to main content"
- Overlapping: Whilst the majority of our content is able to be resized without any overlapping at any point, there are some cases where the text will overlap.
- Tables: Our tables are currently not optimised for Mobile devices or accessibility, these are on our Accesisbility roadmap.
- Videos: All of our videos are currently hosted at external third parties, of which some do not have assistive transcripts
- Forms: Some forms utilise third party applications, of which may not come under our accessibility testing criteria

Cappfinity has undertaken a comprehensive assessment of the accessibility of Strengths Profile using multiple approaches. Our commitment to inclusivity and ensuring a positive user experience for all individuals drove us to employ the following methods:
